Ms. Stacy
Hello! My name is Stacy Pasquale and I am the new director of Small Hands Big Dreams. I have a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Cleveland State University in Early Childhood Education. In addition, I have a Master’s Degree of Education from AIU Online in Instructional Technology. I have been a childcare director for over six years at a center in Euclid. I strongly believe in the Small Hands Big Dreams philosophies and curriculum and am proud to have been given this opportunity to manage. The staff is amazing and they truly care for the children. I look forward to working with the staff, children and parents to make this center even more successful. It is a priority of mine to make sure that we are delivering the best customer service and maintain the highest standards of care.

Mrs. Megan
Hi! my name is Megan Zaumeyer. I am the Assistant Director at Small Hands Big Dreams and I am very excited to be here! I started at SHBD in September of 2010 as the Seahorse teacher and have just moved into the office. I attended the University of Kentucky and have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Before my time at Small Hands Big Dreams, I worked as a Head Start Teacher and a Family Service enrolling families in Head Start. I live in Burton, Ohio with my husband, Chris, and my son, Owen. We just moved to Burton from Lexington, Kentucky. We are having a lot of fun exploring the area. I really look forward to getting to know all of you.

Ms. Glenna
Hello, my name is Ms. Glenna and I am the Staff Support Manager here at Small Hands Big Dreams Learning Center. I love my husband Jeff and together we have three very active sons, Jeffery, Kyle, and Travis. In my spare time I love watching my sons play baseball and being the team score keeper. I have been in the childcare field for eleven years and have spent ten of those years in the infant room. I have been with SHBD since it opened in the Fall of 2003! I adore children and feel that I have the best job in the WHOLE WORLD!!!

Ms. Andrea
I am excited to be the Caterpillar teacher. I am from Painesville Township and have a 15 year old daughter. I have a degree in Social Services and am continuing my edcaution at Cleveland State Unviersity. I have been a nanny in Bainbridge Township for the past 12 years. In my recreational time, I volunteer at Women Safe and at Project Home. I enjoy reading and meeting new friends. I love working with children and look forward to learning from your children.

Ms. Kathy M
My name is Ms. Kathy M. I am the teacher in the Butterfly Room. I am married and have two children named Becca and Mikayla. I graduated from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in Elementary Education. One of my most memorable moments was when I had the opportunity to teach English in Chengdu, China. After I graduated from college, I moved to Harlingen, Texas where I taught third grade for two years and second grade for two years. I look forward to providing the children with many engaging learning experiences.

Ms. Rosemarie
Hello! My name is Ms. Rose. I am the Firefly teacher. I have been in the childcare field for 13 years. I have 3 children - Eddie, Angela, and Allison. I currently live in Twinsburg where I have lived for the last 17 years. I have a cat named Midnight. I currently hold my C. D. A. in infants and toddlers. My favorite thing to do is read mysteries. I spend my weekends babysitting, going to church, and watching Law and Order.

Ms. Tiffany
I just graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lake Superior State Unversity. I'm originally from Upper Michigan and now live in Willoughby. I like to be outdoors, gardening, skiing, hiking, fishing and many other fun activities. I enjoy reading a good book and watching "Days of Our Lives." I love to be spending time around my family and friends and I adore working with children.

Ms. Nikki
Hello! My name is Ms. Nicole (Nikki). I work with all of the classrooms at Small Hands Big Dreams as a floater. I graduated from Ursuline College with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology. I currently attend Ursuline's Graduate Art Therapy and Counseling Program. Previously I have worked with children who have had learning disabilities, children stricken with grief due to cancer and I have worked as a nanny. I look forward to being a part of Small Hands Big Dreams!

Ms. Kelly R
Hi I’m Ms. Kelly. My husband and I have two children, Becca-4 and Megan-3 who attend Small Hands Big Dreams. I have Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Service Management. I love teaching. I enjoy watching all the little ones absorb everything that I bring to the classroom. Watching children grow, learn and be the best they can be makes me very happy!

Ms. Melanie
Hi! My name is Ms. Melanie and I’m excited to be the new Dino room teacher this fall. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology from Miami University and have worked as a research assistant and nanny. I like animals, travel and reading. I enjoy working with kids and look forward to creating many fun and exciting activities with the Dinos.

Ms. Erin
Hi! My name is Erin and I am the preschool teacher in the Eagle room. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University, with a degree in Early Childhood Education and an Ohio State Teaching License in grades PreK through 3rd grade. I was born and raised in Willowick and currently live there. I spent two years teaching in South Carolina, and am so glad to have moved back joined the Small Hands Big Dreams team this year! Along with teaching, I enjoy reading, shopping, being with my family and friends, and watching sports.

Ms. Lauren
My name is Lauren and I graduated from West Geauga High School in 2001. I completed my Associate of Arts Degree at Lakeland Community College. I currently reside in Aurora with my fiance and our 2 dogs. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you!

Ms. Kaye
My name is Kaye Hood, and I would like to welcome you and your child to the Foxes Room. I am looking forward to getting to know both you, and your child, this year. Fox Room students will grow much this year in terms of vocabulary, motor skills, greater self-confidence, and improved social skills. It’s going to be a big growing year! After receiving my teaching degree at Kent State University, I spent 11 years working in Museum Education, where I experienced the power of hands-on experiential learning. I have a strong background in teaching the arts, language arts, and sciences. Prior to moving to this area, I ran my own home daycare when my first child was born in 2003. I am planning a busy year filled with stories, crafts, science experiences, and fun. I am looking forward to getting to know both you, and your child this year. Hi! I’m Ms. Kathy H and I’ve been working at SHBD for 2 ½ years. I started in the Dino Room and have been in the Turtle Room for 2 years. I have been teaching in the Early Childhood field for over 30 years! To say the least, I love working with children! I enjoy reading, walking, and gardening. Dogs are also a favorite of mine! I moved here from Pittsburgh, so I am a big “Steeler” fan!

Ms. Amy
Hi! My name is Amy Martin-Madeley and I'm going to be the new teacher for the Cardinals. I am very excited to joining the staff at Small Hands Big Dreams. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baldwin-Wallace College, where I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in England. Right now I am in the process of earning my Master of Arts in Education from Baldwin-Wallace College, specializing in Mild/Moderate Educational Needs. Before coming to SHBD, I worked as a classroom teacher at a charter school and completed two years of AmeriCorps through Children's Hunger Alliance teaching nutrition and physical education to children in after school programs. I look forward to working with you and your child!

Mr. James
My name is James and I am working in the Big Dogs and Tiger room. Though I am also here to help out where needed so there's a good chance you'll see me in various places doing various things of various natures at various times. In my time working with children I have fulfilled many roles; from changing diapers, to planning and executing Summer camp programs, to teaching Archery to disadvantaged inner city Cleveland youth. I grew up and currently reside in Burton. I went to school at Lakeland to get my prerequisite courses out of the way and am working on my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at Cleveland State. I am an avid reader and lover of music and that's one thing I always bring with me when I'm working with kids; opening up their worlds to new books and music is something I really enjoy. I would like to extend to you and your child my warmest welcome. My name is Ms. Candice and I am extremely excited to be part of Small Hands Big Dreams as the Big Dogs teacher. I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology and a Master of Arts in Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education and am licensed to teach K-3 in the State of Ohio. Over the past 9 years, I have had the rewarding opportunity to educate children ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years old in a variety of settings from classrooms to 4-H programs. I am passionate about spending time with my family and pets and enjoying teaching, traveling, painting, cooking, spending time in nature, and riding my three horses. I look forward to getting to know you and your child and can’t wait for the many rewarding experiences and opportunities we will have to learn and grow together in the days ahead.

Hello! My name is Ashley Grube and I am 23 years old. Over the summer, I will be working in the Big Dogs and Tiger room! I live in Bainbridge, my family and I moved to Bainbridge about five years ago. I grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio. I graduated from Brush High School in 2007. I have an old sister who is a nurse at the Cleveland Clinic and a younger brother who is going into his senior year at Kenston High School. I am currently in my last semester at Kent State University, studying Early Childhood Education. In the fall, I will be student teaching in a kindergarten classroom,at Miller Elementary School, located in Aurora.I have had many experiences with children and I truly enjoy being apart of the Small Hands Big Dreams family. I have always had the passion to be a teacher. I enjoy working with children and watching them grow! I look forward to getting to know you and your child!

Mr. Colin
Hello! My name is Colin Spencer, and I am the afternoon teacher in the Turtle Room. While attending high school, I completed a vocational program for Early Childhood Education. From there, I continued my education at both Lakeland Community College and Cleveland State University. CSU is where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. When I am away from the school, I love spending time with my best friend, Picasso. He is my eight year old, German Shepherd. My goal for the future is to obtain a Masters in Child Life.

Hi, my name is Ms. Meg. I work as a floater. Before I came here, I was working as a cake decorator. I made cakes for special occasions like weddings and birthdays. I absolutely LOVE everything about cake! I also enjoy cooking. In 2009 I graduated from the culinary school called I. C. A. S. I. with a pastry arts degree. Currently, I live in Newbury with my aprents, 2 cats and a puppy named Larry. I also have an older brother, Beau, and an older sister named Ali. In my spare time, I love to read, watch my favorite t.v. shows and spend time with family and friends.

My name is Laura and I have been married for 14 years and I have two beautiful daughters who are 12 and 13. I am originally from Colorado and have lived in Ohio for the last three years. I am the cook and everyone's favorite person at the center because I deliver the food!
